Fees, payment and cancellation policy

Contact me for a free fifteen minute phone consultation. It is important to find a counselor with whom you connect.

I accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. There is no charge for sessions canceled 24 hours in advance.  Missed sessions (not canceled 24 hours prior) will be billed at the regular rate. Brief phone calls will not be billed but extended phone calls will be billed at the usual session rate.  

You will pay for session out of pocket and I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company. You will need to contact your insurance company before our first session for your plan's coverage. Be sure to ask  about your plans out of network coverage for mental health services. And what your out of network deductible is (Often insurance plans have separate out of network deductibles) I can offer you a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
