Yoga is a wonderful way to boost your physical and mental well-being. I currently teach yoga classes varying in intensity, style and recommended skill level.
Hatha Yoga (Focus on breathing and mastering the alignment of each yoga pose)
Vinyasa Flow (Fast pace, practice linking yoga poses, connecting breath and movement)
